I`ve been a veteran of the N.Y. music scene for over 3 decades.Since my first tour in 1973 I haven`t stopped , covering everything from having my own recording deals ,to touring,sessions,composing and sharing the stage with some notable people , such as Cyndi Lauper, Bill Ward & Ozzy Osbourne, Rick Astley, Billy Squire, Matt Sorum, Rod Morgenstein ,Vinnie Appice ,The Tramps, Stu Hamm, Defunkt, to name a few. Well versed, I`m just as comfortable swingin` as I am rockin` or composing for orchestra. I moved to L.A. in `86 where I became friends with noted session keyboardist Ralph Grierson, who invited me to many sessions where I got to see my idols Jerry Goldsmith & John Williams and just about everyone else at work, a huge learning experience. While doing this I studied film composition,scoring & orchestration at UCLA with people like Don Ray (music supervisor for hawaii 5-0) & Mark Waters (Disney) Currently living back home in N.Y. , aside from sessions & gigs, my focus is on composing for film & T.V.
